The Fall Market continues to roll on with all the gusto we have rarely seen in October, with no concern for an Election or anything else going on in the World, like a Pandemic! Our best guess is that it will continue on through the Holiday Season with maybe a small slowdown in showings, only because our Inventory is almost as low as we’ve ever seen it! For the record our lowest Active Listing Inventory was in March 2015! The biggest story is the Average Price that Closed on a Single Family Home in October was $625,100 which is 18% higher than October 2019! Year to Date our Single Family Average price stands at $578,117 which is a 7.78% increase for the year!
