Lower Highland, also referred to as East Highland or LoHi, is a diverse community in the North Denver area. Together with West Highland, these two neighborhoods make up the Highlands.

There are Victorian-style buildings, known for their exposed bricks and winding staircases, located on pleasant streets within the community.

The West Highland urban community is great for families of all kinds, with its new home constructions that include houses, rentals, and condos in a wide range of architectural styles. Community members enjoy the small-town ambiance as well as the local baseball diamonds, basketball courts, and six local parks.
