My Real Estate Philosophy  

As a real estate agent I have proven that I do what other agents cannot or will not do for their clients. I do this by really listening to your needs and goals.  Then I work hard every day to exceed your goals and expectations.  I pride myself on outworking my competition and being available for my clients when they need me.  In addition, I will advise and coach you throughout the entire home buying/selling process without ever being overbearing or pushy.

Once employed as your agent, you can always expect high-end service regardless of the situation.  I truly believe that price of home should not, and cannot change my level of service. Purchasing/selling a home is a major life event and my service to you will demonstrate that "I get that".  My goal is that you and I become a "Team"...and we make the difficult task of purchasing or selling a home easy and enjoyable.

My Approach

Hard Work – As a real estate agent, as in life, I feel hard work trumps all other.  As your agent, I will work tirelessly for you and I will strive to be available when you need me.

Communication - I am dedicated to stay in constant contact with my clients.  You will hear from me very regularly with respect to all phases of the sale...appointments, feedback, market activity, you name it.  You will not have to track me down.  I will be contacting you.  

Expert Negotiation - I have strong negotiation skills naturally and they have been honed through experience and from acquiring the Negotiation Expert Certification.  As a result, I am very effective in obtaining the results you desire.  

Expert Market Knowledge - My clients always receive the latest stats and comparables because I stay on top of that information at all times.  Hard work in this area combined with my experience results in terrific feedback for my clients.
